Engineered Stone is very hard wearing and completely resistant to germs, bacteria, mould and mildew and does not require sealants or waxes to maintain its finish. Engineered stone is a nonporous surface, making it very easy to clean and maintain. You can preserve the original countertop finish by cleaning using just soap and water or mild detergent. Use only a non-abrasive cleanser. Scrape off adhered materials such as food and gum with a plastic putty knife. Blade marks can usually be removed with a non-abrasive cleaner. To remove residue, thoroughly rinse countertops with clean water and cloth. Avoid excessive abuse of engineered stone countertops, as, although hard-wearing, they can be broken.

As with all our products we recommend the use of chopping boards, pan stands and trivets.
